Pros

the 10% discount can help alot when it comes to grocery shopping, good flexibility if you are in highschool or university, awesome co-workers, profit sharing is a bonus

Cons

Very short staffed, crazy line ups, majority of the management needs to be replaced with qualified respectful individuals who know how to do there job. Can get very stressful on the weekends due to not enough staff and it becomes your problem

Pros

Good training, nice people. Job has flexible hours and offers a good work life balance, but this depends on what store you work at and who is your manager.

Cons

Zero room for growth unless you have been around a longtime. Way to much favoritism by store managers. Store managers are lazy and sit in the office all day barking orders, not realistic in expectations or timeline.

Pros

Good comp and potential to do something great. Free snacks Good 401K match Good office space even if pretty crowded

Cons

Technology group is in complete chaos VPs fight with other VPs constantly Teams working under ridiculous deadlines set by leadership team A train wreck of a new platform with a few hyped projects that make everyone think everything is going well
