Pros

competitive compensation, unlimited PTOs, many smart people in supply chain operations, many career opportunities internally and you may need to do networking for yourself; Lots of failures in systems and process, and you will be fully loaded with projects Many leadership (Director/Sr Director/VP) came from Amazon bring best practices

Cons

-lack of clear/structured business vision; -many leadership work remotely and see them once every couple of months; -Leadership ability varies; Depends on your team, you may meet or work for very smart and talented leadership who gives you opportunity to grow ; also you may have to deal with leadership who has limited experience , always mess things up, and don't know how to motivate team -Many leadership (Director/Sr Director/VP) came from Amazon changed walmart culture..
