Pros

Salary and bonus structure are good. Comes with a good benefits package including generous PTO. There's a lot of opportunity to flex your own leadership style and to build up employees in your own way.

Cons

The upper management of this store are extremely unsupportive and they micromanage you. They dump responsibilities that you shouldn't have on you and if you don't do it their specific way then they act as if you've done it wrong. The store lead of this store is also basically racist against anyone who isn't black and made hiring decisions based on his own morals.
