Pros

Set scheduled hours(except overtime). Ok beneifits...

Cons

Company has no respect for employees. Management has favouritism and isn't ashamed of showing it and will go as far as lying to cover up for the preffered employees. The hard workers get dumped on.

Pros

Benefits that is it! Nothing else.

Cons

° a lot of Vto ( mandatory even if the "v" literally means voluntary) °Favoritism °Management doesn't care °HR and management do not communicate °HR is not there to help °Accountability is not easily accessible °HR has the power to add accountability withy letting associates know ° If you go drink with managers you'll get promoted ° they make overtime mandatory even though you specifically asked for a 3 day shift for a reason. ° they change policies left and right without notifying you. You only know when you're getting in trouble ° there has been threats and they tried to downplay it ° people pee on the merchandise because bathrooms are apparently too far away ° in the 3 years I was there they changed the work schedule 4 times without telling anyone. ° the cut overtime pay so now people work 6 days with no over time pay

Pros

The distribution center had a good pay rate for the rural area. Most of the people you work with should be good to go. The management team I worked under was very reasonable.

Cons

There is a VERY high turnover rate, and there are many reasons for that. The production rates are unreasonable in some departments, and management turnover is also bad. The different shifts screw each other over. Walmart internal culture in general is poison. There are exceptions.
