Pros

1. Same and tasteless free food. 2. Free transport and managed by senior person in the cab. 3. Good compensation - only in paper, no idea when those components will materialize, waited for three good year but still in papers. 4. Free Snacks, fruits and drinks enough to put on weights as there is no gym facility. 5. Good work life balance (coz there not much work and its easy to fool (not so smart )managers here ). 6. No need to learn new technologies coz they stuck with way too old technologies, and even than claiming to compete amazon. 7. Manager are good and not poky. no micro managements coz they dont even know how to manage things. 8. Timings are flexible coz no one there to ask - (Managers and highly paid idiots are generally and permanently working from home, may be looking out for some job but never succeeded it seems). 9. it Seems HR are more technical here: They would ask hell lots of question in debrief u are rejecting some one. 10. Good place to do preparation of better company, GMAT etc etc. 11. I would recommend this company for those who want to take a break in their life. -- This is the place man.

Cons

Oh I don't think there is any, except 1. No respect for good and talented staffs. 2. Upper management are busy doing US trips and accumulating money as much as possible, coz they them self knows they won't get any, once fired from here. 3. Unnecessary cluttered of managers. Absolutely wrong hires. 4. No idea whom to promote. One of my colleagues promotion was announced in his last day. Awesome isn't it. ..... many more....

Pros

Easy way to get relocated to the valley, locals already know all to well this place is toxic and don't even consider this place. Bonus projections appear encouraging until it becomes clear that it is a joke, the division is not profitable and won't be any time soon. Job title ranges like Principal can be alluring, but you will be taking a step back since you'll be working with broken processes and neglected tools. HQ offers services to support eCommerce business, but they are slow, confrontational upon engagement and communication goes into a black hole.

Cons

Bait and switch tactics. Very dishonest and truth suppressing. Under staffed and under funded. Not possible to be your best work. If you don't say what people want to hear, treatment becomes indignant. Quality of coworkers is questionable with secret inter relationships at play. Employee surveys indicate results in the very low end of the industry 20 - 30% scores year after year. Brand and culture reputation keeps the best talent elsewhere.

Pros

Being around the customers is great, I love a good challenge with a bunch of price matching and couponing. I loved watching over the self check out, making sure customers had a clear view on how to work the machines.

Cons

The only cons is that they do not accept doctors notes, and they really do not care how sick you are, a call off for any reason is counted against you.
