Pros

Competitive salary and equity. You learn a lot in short time. You get to talk to a lot of people in different teams,

Cons

If you are in the inner circle of the popular team, then you can be recognized/promoted. Team culture varies from team to team. If you are lucky to be in a team that collaborates, then you are fine. Otherwise, you are on your own. Morale is generally low unless you are in those teams that are collaborating. Company is very big. It is very difficult to get decision aligned. Finding the right team or person to address an issue can be very challenging.

It is great to hear you have learned a lot while working with us. I am glad to see you have been able to build connections with other teams and network across our company. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. Regarding the culture, we do want to keep the culture consistent across our company. Like you said, it will vary from team to team, but we are always working to make it more collaborative and fair across all sites. Moving to morale, it is a focus for us and we aim to ensure all our associates feel welcomed and heard. We are continually working on engagement to increase morale, which in turn will create a more positive work environment for all. I appreciate your advice to us and can assure we do strive for excellence and act with integrity within each interaction. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, and have suggestions on how we can improve, please know my door is always open. - Becky S.
