Pros

No Pros..maybe not doing any work

Cons

All cons. Manger is like a dictator. No work from home. Doesn't acknowledge what we want. He is most selfish and thinks only about his career and his projects. What I was promised when I interviewed is miles apart form what kind of work they are giving me now. My Skills are eroding here! Nothing is good about this place nor company.

Pros

Good management salary, yearly bonus based on sales, profit, customer survey. 4% yearly rrsp. Salary managers start with 3 weeks vacation and get 4 weeks at 5 years. 4 leave health and dental benefit package. Company keeps up with change in the retail market and is not going anywhere. Most associates and managers are easy to work with creating a positive atmosphere.

Cons

Most weeks have to work more then 45 hours to keep up with demand because you are salary you are not compensated for extra time. 95% of the time more work load then associate in your team to set you up for success. Very thankless job. Company is turning away for Sam Walton's vision for the company every year its less and less about the 3 basic beliefs. Respect for the individual, service to our customers, strive for excellence.
