Pros

Opportunity is there if you are looking for endless varieties of jobs. Associates become family and very close friendships are developed. Bonuses are great, travel benefits if you travel for the company are better then any other retailer. If you are a hard worker and can deal with stress well this is a great company to work for.

Cons

Hours can be long, direction often miss communicated on a local store level.

Pros

Walmart has acquired a great number of talented people, and has a clear focus on where they want the business to go.

Cons

Walmart has acquired a great number of talented people, but is hindered by how fast they can go by the legacy overhead of being the largest company in the world. It can be really frustrating for people who like to get stuff done.
