Pros

- Good benefits - Nice office & location - Large company with interesting projects - Training opportunities

Cons

- Leadership changes within the last 1-2 years have resulted in a new vs old culture. - Teams are not collaborative, in fact some teams go out of their way to work in a silo - Poor leadership and lack of vision/direction - Low moral, a lot of people leaving - Chaotic, constant changes in direction, re-organizations - Very difficult to get anything done. A lot of red tape, bureaucracy, process, approvals required for even small decisions. - People/Teams not empowered to make decisions - Respect for the individual is no longer a practiced value
