Immediate chastisement. • Customer Service Hurts Your Metrics – Helping customers (as corporate promotes) actually lowers your performance scores because it slows you down. • Promotions Are a Joke – Climbing the ladder is about playing politics and sucking up, not hard work or leadership.

Terrible management, rude coaches, leaders and some of the coworkers, no raises unless they raise minimum wage. They put me on self check out pretty much all the time cause they never had any other cashier that wanted me to do it, would blame for all the theft that would happen there when this wasn't even on my job description, would never let me use the restroom cause there's nobody to cover for me, I'd have to beg to get my breaks and to go home when it was time to. You had coaches and leaders yelling at you all the time. The day I quit, they called me in the cash office, closed the door and yelled at me like crazy like I owed them some satisfaction, I was never so humiliated my whole life.. The work environment is a mess, people call in all the time, they are always short on staff and the list goes on.
