Pros

If you are a student, Walmart is a great company to work for. You can get a flexible schedule if you work as a personal shopper. The pay rate is great, and you get bonuses if you are a full-time associate. No need to wear a uniform. Associates also get a 10% discount card which can be used both in-store and online. The more hours you work, the more vacation time you get.

Cons

The associate discount card can only be used on eligible items which do not include dairy products or produce. Part-time associates do not get any bonus. If you have to call off from work due to some emergency, you get one point. If you get 5 points, you get fired from the job.
