Pros

high pay good benefits i guess

Cons

BS trumps honest work in almost any situation if you talk about something you know nothing about and fool enough people you will get promoted to the top of the ladder. Honest and hard working people will just be ignored

Thanks for sharing your feedback. It sounds like your experience has been less than amazing. If you feel comfortable doing so, I'd welcome you to share your direct feedback on these pain points with me, so we can make real-time changes. I look forward to hearing from you. - Melinda Greene, Director, HR (Associate Relations)

Pros

The people are great. The office is nice.

Cons

There is no culture. People are constantly worried about layoffs. Jet.com associates will be promoted over more qualified Walmart.com employees.

Thanks for giving us feedback. Hearing directly from our associates is the only way we can improve. I'm happy you're enjoying our office and I'm in agreement that our associates are great. However, it's disappointing to hear you're less than satisfied with our culture and aren't feeling valued. Our associates are very important to us, and for that reason, we've been growing our People Experience (PX) team with the goal of improving the associate experience and giving associates amazing experiences. I understand there've been a lot of changes this year, but I can assure you there is no favoritism and all associates across the organization are valued. If you feel comfortable doing so, I welcome you to send me your feedback directly. I can assure you we have a zero tolerance for retaliation. Thank you for sticking with us on this journey. - Becky Schmitt, SVP Human Resources
