Pros

Lots of in office perks. Benefits are decent, but the pay can be tough if you're trying to rent your own place. Also, if you're young, this position does have a lot of recent college grads.

Cons

Your experience depends on which team you get placed on. Certain managers care more about your development than others.

Pros

* Great work life balance * Work from home flexibility * Competitive salary * Some team

Cons

I've jumped across many teams within the organization and overall experience is highly team dependent just like with any other large company. Company lacks typical tech company perks with their motto being "save money live better". Lack of culture
