Pros

-Good starting pay. $15-17.65 depending on what shift you work. -Two 50 cent raises within first 6 months. -Every 6 months after your first 6 months, you get a 50 cent raise until you cap out at around $20 something.

Cons

-Hard, physical work, depending upon what job you are hired on for. -No temperature control. Hot in summer, cold in winter. -Very strict safety rules. (Not so much a con as a pro.) -There are a lot of ways to get fired.

Pros

The pay was pretty good and I met some good friends there. We made the best out of a bad situation .

Cons

Management has their favorites, production was nearly impossible at times, only certain individuals got cross trained while others had to continuously do production work.
