Super interesting to compete against Amazon and be part of Mark Lorie's vision. Great cultural mission, good work life balance

Cons

Very bureaucratic, lots of disgruntled and incompetent people (Walmart lifers), poor middle and upper managers

Brand name for the global market

1. Poor work-life balance, 2. Dull atmosphere around the office, 3. Too much of interest department friction, 4. Unnecessary escalation and chaos, 5. Lack of ownership by seniors, 6. No exchange of ideas within a team, 7. Insecurities relating to job, 8. No perks, 9. Lack of motivation from seniors, no mentorship.

Get to layover at most Walmart’s, Decent pay as long as you were hired before fall of 2017.

Not a Family oriented job , work most weekends. Slip seat trucks , cameras in trucks
