Pros

Plenty of standardized training, very supportive team and management environment.

Cons

I was taken off a project without notification of the team leader. Many problems with the comapny's insurance plan. No carpool or van pool support for employees who had to travel around the town for meetings, very limited parking. Non sustainable practing of increased carbon footprint of each person driving themselves to the same location.

Pros

The discount card......and there's a McDonald's in the store 😁

Cons

No work/life balance, very stressful, very fast paced(constantly rushed). There wuld be times when I work 6 or 7 straight days and I wuld go well over 40 hour in the week. Waking up at 4 or 5 is pretty tough and stayin there till 2, 3, 4, or 5 is even tougher. 2 occasion I stayed till 8pm. When I first got the job it was 4-1am or 5-2am. But the overtime hours became excessive.
