Don't expect much

Pros

It's a place to kill time while you look for your next job. People are mostly friendly but you have to be on your guard.

Cons

Very cheap. No free food or snacks. Pay rate is low. Place is full of H1Bs who are stuck there like slaves. Politics everywhere. Have to always be on your guard. Too many layers of management that don't do anything. Constant re-orgs. Tiny cubes and no privacy. Cult-like. Meetings galore.

Pros

cush job if you want to hang out and not work hard, great work life balance, good pay relatively speaking

Cons

- incompetence at the most senior levels of the company - no ability to make decisions - several 'pet' folks who stick around without delivering, lack of accountability

Pros

Full time benefits. The associates are great to work with. Walmart family is pretty awesome. It's a good place to get started if you been down and out of a job.

Cons

Too many Chefs not enough Indians. Management is givin so much to do with less sales associates to do it. Hiring less and less people to help run the store.
