Pros

Good employee benefits including free food and cabs.

Cons

Micromanagement, no technical learning, no growth, if your manager is bad then your life is hell, there is no HR intervention, working hours are crazy, you are expected to work 12 hours and if you don't then you are given the lowest rating stating the reason that other people work till late night and on weekends.

Pros

great pay and multiple benefits.

Cons

unorganized, standards vary widely across teams and management styles range heavily. When I started I was very happy with management and the way things were. Now I am very disappointed with how Walmart has progressed. It is a cut throat environment where you will be expected to work hard with little help. A sink or swim type job. Not for the faint of heart.
