Pros

Great co-workers, good benefits and bonus based on stores overall performance. Lots of advancement opportunities, and potential to learn a lot of different aspects of a large retail establishment including fresh foods, and grocery if in a super centre.

Cons

Very long hours, and difficult to get out on time when shift over. Had to work closes and then back in for opening shifts. Constantly changing operating procedures. Could be a negative environment often, with many employee complaints.
