Pros

Customer Service was the fun part.

Cons

Management is either good OR horrible. Store managers make the store, and turn over was extremly high, over 60%.

Pros

Pays well with no degree, company gives opportunity to move up from the bottom. The company itself does want you to succeed, and tries to give you resources to do so.

Cons

No work life balance at least at the location I was at. Having to pick up the slack from peers to accomplish goals and meet expectations while your area suffered. Being put in an area that does not suit your strengths as a newly appointed assistant was like being thrown to the wolves.
