Pros

Schedule is 12hr shifts work 3 off 3. The pay is good and you can promote to this level, no college necessary .

Cons

Salary means you get the same pay no matter how much or how little you work. sometimes you were lucky if you even got 1 off day. I went for 17 days straight no off days and none scheduled for the future either.

Pros

Great place to work they respect their employees and they have great benefits including retirement and health benefits, bonuses, and vacation pay.

Cons

The cons are just the normal everyday thing of being on your feet all day long, dealing with irate Customers, and they overflow of returns at Christmas. I loved my job at Walmart.
