Pros

Great overall company culture, team emphasis, and a lot of opportunities for career advancement.

Cons

Many systems are old and out dated creating lengthy processes, waste of resources, and inefficiency. Some areas have a very hierarchical structure where perhaps a flatter departmental structure would be more efficient and less communication barriers.

Pros

Company Culture here in the corporate HQ is wonderful Exposure to many areas of business and plenty of ways to find the position that best suits you. Potential for career growth is amazing. Every 18 months is a potential to move up. Job security is a big plus

Cons

Location of Bentonville Arkansas is not the best place for young singles, probably best suited for young families with children. Many days can be an overload of work whereas other days seem very slow with little to nothing to do.
