Pros

some people are nice to work with.

Cons

Coaches, team leads, and coworkers do not do there job, the team lead and coaches would rather keep an employee than fire them for being drunk on the job. Team leads do not respect coworkers nor give them the time a day to talk about issues. Team leads were not taught how to do there position, and coaches lie about things going on.
