Slave Drivers

Pros

The only PRO that I can think of, is you will get their name and put it in your resume. Your resume will look good by having that Walmart name in your experience.

Cons

They slave drivers. They have a 9-hour job per day, low annual salary and the worst of all is..you cant even get job security from them anymore. They are doing lay-offs, like 1 major lay-off per year and minor layoffs for like every 3 months within that year. I guess all I can say is, just work here for like 2 to 3 years to get their name, then get out!

Pros

Great company, decent salary, several training opportunities, work life balance

Cons

No longer allows remote work options for IT employees who works in development, health/dental/vision insurance premiums have steady increases with subpar benefits. Slow upward movement in the technical career path.
