Pros

Fast paced, ok benefits and good PTO

Cons

Salaried management are expected to work long hours and extra days as needed with no compensation. Hourly associates have better PTO plan and management has to step in a full in if an Associate calls out.

Pros

Pay and benefits are decent

Cons

Worst management that I have ever encountered in my entire career. Favoritism and nepotism at it's finest. Once a culture that cared about their employees, but not anymore since upper management from Amazon took over. Upper management trying to get other managers fired for not siding with them, retaliation for reporting issues, sexual harassment, etc you name it. It's all there and it's all rampant. Upper management not knowing how anything works, but trying to force productivity down everyone's throats and then punishing managers for not hitting numbers when they themselves don't have any sort of plan.
