Pros

This applies only to China team and some international team 1. Open door policy can let junior associates level up by asking for 1-on-1 2. Many projects and tasks await for people to accomplish if you are interested 3. Managers I met were really professional and supportive of innovation, but it varies by different divisions

Cons

1. Bureaucracy is an issue 2. Talent acquisition people can be improved because there were times that we lacked communications with the candidates
