Pros

You do have many opportunities to move up, you have many options for scheduling and time off. Insurance and discounts are nice to add. Overall some pretty good pros for what its worth

Cons

Communication in store is terrible, no matter how often we shift management it is always lacking. We rarely have the tools we need to get the job done efficiently as possible and are always short staffed in most areas. as long as you do what your there to do its okay

Pros

10% discount livebetteru college program insurance you can accumulate ppto from hours worked that roll over into money at the end of the year flexible scheduling 9 minute rule- you can clock in up to 9 minutes late and not have it counted against you, and you can clock out 9 minutes before your shift ends without any consequences

Cons

you won’t be seen as a human until about a year at your store, especially to your superiors no sense of community most days will go without any interaction with your coworkers unless you initiate it store cheaps out on work injuries and gives you the absolutely minimum time off required unless you call out for your own personal recovery
