Benefits is all I can come up with after spending half my life with a company I used to love.

Cons

Lack of communication and help in restructuring. Loss of founders love of it's people. Loss of culture and values.

Good pay. Good hourly people employed that will treat you like family. Can make a career if you stay in lower ranks at lower wage.

Cons

No security. Ppl will be losing jobs soon. Long term is negative. Too many whispers, after 25 yrs, displaced with no explanation why. Stay away!
