Pros

Good hours of operation. Some holidays are off. Very diverse environment. Salaries can be very reasonable and competitive with other similar employers.

Cons

It can be very challenging and stressful environment. Part time employees do not qualify for health and other benefits. Most of the employees are part time and it’s difficult to get full time positions.

Pros

Salary is the only pro that I’m seeing and the fact that they hire almost anybody I guess is good

Cons

Upper management lacks interpersonal and communication skills. Always seem to be understaffed. They don’t respect your personal time like if you are off you are still being called in etc
