Walmart's culture is outstanding, they have a great view of work/life balance and are always looking to help driven associates with adavancement opportunities

Cons

The location of the Home Office is in Northwest Arkansas. The area is quickly becoming a great place for leisure activities, but there is much more work to be done. The housing in the surrounding areas of the Home Office are cookie cutter, newly developed neighborhoods that were quickly erected and lack good craftmanship.

Cons

Getting promoted is tough. Need to set clear expectations or it won't happen. Company still has a ways to go to catch Amazon.
