Pros

I worked there for 1 year on the bottom rung before being promoted to assistant manager. I worked that position for 2 years before looking for work elsewhere. Now I have a really good $70,000 job because of everything I learned from Walmart. The work IS hard, but very rewarding.

Cons

The shifts can be very long at times. Dealing with rude customers is part of the job, too...but do it with a smile and grace & you will survive.
