Horrible management culture. 9 out of 10 decisions random. outsider in the culture cops the blame. Spiral down environment. Shabby setup. Constant conflict in the management. Employees suffer..Stay away

Avoid unemployment and your check always cashes.

Cons

Major hours too many rules little customer focus unreasonable compliance issues. When wages need to be cut salaried job duties expand with no compensation. Asset protection focused more on internal than external. Reviews for management are always rated low to avoid raises and save dollars. Low performing managers get same reviews as star performers to save money. Upper management severely disconnected with in store management.
