Pros

The benefits are so great! I enjoy the use of the Even money managing app, as I am able to put an amount of savings into it, and be able to cash out from my paycheck as I need. The Live Better U Program is a big deal, because they have a variety of programs to help me learn new skills. The customers I meet up with are very polite and tend to shop here a lot, the managers have helped me out to where I am at today.

Cons

Some times the scheduling of employees might be off, and if there's an associate that needs to be taught slower then others, It would be appreciated if they can be more direct with the communication to said associate, to deliver certain tasks to be completed efficiently.

Pros

I feel we are the best Walmart store in New Mexico. We have great people and an amazing store. We are a family and have been through a lot together good and bad through out the years.

Cons

No yearly evaluation in 5-6years. Wish I could get raises and paid fairly for all the years of hard work and for leading, going above and beyond an average worker. I make less then new employees and only 30 cents above the $15 starting wage. I feel cheated and undervalued even though I am touted as the hardest worker at my store for 8 years. I am the guy all customers go to and employees for help, direction etc.
