Pros

All the perks they give Don't matter in the long run

Cons

Everything. Most terrible and suffocating atmosphere. Hugely political and micro management is encouraged. No hiring bar. Managers are absolute worst. Ratings are pathetic (forced stack ranking). Hikes are a bloody joke, you work 24/7 and they give you 10% at best, even inflation is more than that( Walmart thinks employees are slaves who should work without expecting any incentives. Their hikes are THE WORST THE WORST). Managers suck the life out of you and make your life hell. Don't Join. Half the company is looking to leave. Once i left, more than half of the team called me to refer them and the other half left

Pros

may be salary, food and few more benefits good for anyone coming from govt/service based companies. They will be more then happy

Cons

1- Almost all teams teams are doing support work, handling calls, running scripts, checking logs, with sleepless nights& weekends 2-product/software developed in other countries long back, which is obsolete now and needs revamp. Other countries folks are doing new stuff, poop shifted to India for cost cutting. 3-early morning, late evening & weekends give status calls of logs/scripts/issues/defects to other countries folk, no decision power in India. 4- It will make your personal life HELL

Pros

None about work and company.

Cons

The tech stack and way of working is almost 10 year old. You will not learn anything here and you will forget all your engineering skills. You will not be recognized and promoted for good work. You will be recognised and promoted if you suck up to your manager, director and sr director. Recruters will push to hire any one. At times you will wonder what is the point of interviewing any candidate.
