Pros

One hour unpaid lunch break.

Cons

Horrible management who take favorites. Racists managers. Lazy Managers who don't work with you to try and get a schedule that works for things that come up. First 6 months you can only call out 3 times and be less than an hour late 1 time. No consistency. They overwork you for little money and even less hours schedules. They let a computer schedule you when it thinks the customers need you, but not adding in more hours so you can pay your bills.

Pros

+ Hard, fun work. + (Mostly) excellent team of coworkers. + Decent pay and benefits. +Management great with working with your personal schedule. + Good first job if you're not in automotive.

Cons

- Managers overlooking safety concerns after being notified several times. - Management refusing to do anything about slackers and others who exploit their systems for extra paid time off. - No advancement in automotive outside of supervisors. You need to move into retail to go any further (Not a con if you enjoy Retail).
