Pros

The people. Especially those that have been there a while. Pre-@labs, this place had a supportive and family culture.

Cons

Post-@labs, full of egos and very cutthroat. CTO loves this. Sr. leaders aren't working towards a common goal. They compete against each other for the CTO's favoritism.
