Hour cuts regardless of full time Overwhelming overtime due to staff shortage Hard work means nothing; must suck up to get anything; unfair and unequal treatment from management Inappropriate behavior from managers and male technicians No excused absents only allowed 4 points the 1st 6 months. 1pt = absent; half pt = more than 9 mins tardy
