Pros

They seem to have a bad reputation, but my experience was wonderful. I was a cashier and I had no prior experience. Their training was thorough. The other employees and management were helpful. In fact, the manager of the super-center I worked at, helped me fix a broken self-check out machine. Also, when I needed some time off to see if I could work while starting graduate school, they were understanding, even though I had not worked there long enough to technically allow a leave of absence.

Cons

The pay was low. Also, the hours were erratic. You only knew your schedule 3 weeks in advance.
