Culture and values the company was built upon. Charitable contributions.

Cons

Health insurance coverage - deductibles are high and there are many limitations on what is covered. Promotions are based on subjective perceptions and may not time to individual accomplishments. At times leadership does not support the associate.

Fast Advancement if you show a drive to learn. Variable hours, allows you to leave for emergency volunteer time. Chances to take on projects and run them to gain experince

Cons

They do not train people well once they start moving into management positions. Having one manager and then a buddy manager system is terrible for communication. Managers often fight over priorities and don't respect other areas.
