Pros

Good pay if you are a Supervisor with some experience. Friendly Co-Workers if you know how to separate work and personal life. Average Benefits.

Cons

Having your schedule changed without being notified. Finding out you were late on CBL(Computer Based Learning) with no warning which could get you reprimanded. Some Micromanaging happening which made being a supervisor a rough job. Customers were ALWAYS right even if you could show proof you were correct. Most managers would back down to the customer instead of backing a decision made. More worried about quantity rather then quality and profit margin.
