Pros

Good management team in place. Positive attitudes are contagious, and we're getting our goals met in the pre-opening setup stages.

Cons

current experiences are limited to pre-opening setup.

Pros

Due to many having a preordained idea of what kind of associates work at Walmart one can strive minimally and still show great promise to move up quickly. Before my second month was over I had learned my department managers job and was being offered other areas. My store manager is an amicable man and understood my declines after explaining how I wished to be in other sections while moving up the corporate ladder.

Cons

The patience and thick skin required to accept criticism/negative demeanor's from employees who are either not able or unwilling to see the positives needed to give themselves a good day. False motivation leads to true motivation.
