Pros

Wal-Mart us a good company to work for in the long haul. Benefits and profit sharing if you hang in and work yourself up to a full time position.

Cons

The only downside to working at Wal-Mart is the hours. In retail you have to be there when the customer wants to shop. That means you will work nights, weekends and holidays. That is Retail. That is how it is.

The employees I worked with were very helpful when I or a customer needed assistance. Great attitudes offer opportunity for advancement to those who show promise everyone looks out for each other starting pay not bad either

Cons

your work schedule / hours vary will be different every two weeks hard if something pops up and you need off you have to juggle your days with other associates to arrange time off
