Pros

Management doesn't check on you often, and the job is relatively simple.

Cons

Walmart was extremely understaffed. There were multiple days where I would work the whole department on my own, which is unrealistic.

Pros

Decent pay They try to give you as many hours as you need

Cons

The meat/produce position does not pay enough in my opinion. You have to stock around the whole store. Fruits/vegetables, milk, eggs, cheese, meat, and all of frozen. Other stocking positions they just stock 2-3 aisles that are all right next to each other and they don’t need to go in the freezer but they get paid the same. Most of the time, I would have to do all of this alone because the only other person working meat/produce in the day shift was always not showing up for work or he didn’t really do his job when he was there.

Pros

The people there make this job way easier to handle and go to.

Cons

They management doesn’t really respect you or pay you for what you do. They put you in every department and expect way more than what is capable.
