Pros

This company tries to compete with other tech companies in the bay area. They will make you promises and will never deliver.

Cons

This company does not support anyone over the age of 35, they allow managers to make their own rules and not adhere to company policies. I would never recommend anyone to work for this company, unless you want to lose your soul. They are incredibly top-heavy with senior directors with no direct reports, it is a joke. Their health insurance is disgusting and incomplete. They claim to have flex PTO but managers can decide to not adhere to it. The company is too large to manage its managers and the managers know that. And they can do whatever they want.

Pros

Health care is relatively competitive with other companies in the same industry.

Cons

The benefit of the recent wage increases past two years have now been nullified by the drastic reduction in earned paid time off per hours worked. I have worked 7 years for Walmart. I finally reached 5 weeks vacation potential. Or more specifically 198 paid time off hours earned and used in 2018. The new paid time policy Feb 2019 will have me earning only 128 hours of potential vacation time for the year. WHAT??? 198 paid time off hours down to 128. Wow. Thanks for making me feel LESS valuable with all my experience and hard work by reducing my paid time off potential in 2019.
