Pros

TLE was among the better places to work in the store. Hours were generally consistent, pay was OK. Co-workers were generally professional but not overly uptight.

Cons

Management completely threw the TLE staff "under the bus" in front of customers on multiple occasions. While not only unprofessional, the TLE staff had not done anything wrong. Areas of the store were (and still are) understaffed. Staff morale is very low. Workers do not feel appreciated, and are often given poor hours, or too few hours to make a living.

Can transfer anywhere as there's a walmart everywhere. To many shop here so not going out of business soon. That is all.

Cons

Contradicting management, understaffed, uneducated consumers/coworkers, only hire with part time status but force full time hours so not to pay benifits. Fraternization

Pros

Loads of options are available, from employee stock purchasing, to tuition assistance for higher education. Higher preference for hiring within the company, with many career fields to choose from.

Cons

There aren't any more cons as with any other company. Each store is both independent and yet universally controlled which can someone lead to communication problems. But, again, that's with most major companies.
