Pros

Structured, defined scope of work Decent salary package Good hikes every year Good food and refreshments Flexible work timings All perks of a Product-based company (eventhough reduced in the last 4-5 years)

Cons

Extremely egoistic and pompous top management. The higher a person's grade, the higher is their ego (workplace and outside) Not open to new ideas, your good ideas will be taken credit of by the management Discrimination against North-Indians VERY IMPORTANT : Opportunities to learn is negligible (compared to other product-based companies)
