Pros

The company invests heavily in technology. The BYOD program allows managers to have access to all relevant data and tools on their phone or iPad.

Cons

Management is expected to work until the job is completed. This is not any different than other employers however the scheduling system does not allow for additional associates to help in departments. The new store stucture is also problematic for the stores size. Team Leads are given higher responsibilities with little to know training in store operations.

Pros

Great Company, great benefits. Mid-level Managers care about the improvement of the facility.

Cons

Toxic Environment. Weak Leadership, Ridiculous OT days, absolutely no empathy for Associates, zero work/life balance. Senior Leadership changes frequently.
