Cons

I worked as a front end developer for close to 2 years and realized 1. Bootlicking makes you a better person in the team. 2. Create more confluence pages and work less on coding. 3. The manager is always right - even if it's means 1+=3. 4. The environment is toxic and the manager is the one poisoning the team. 5. North Indians Vs South Indian racism prevails. 6. Developers lack basic knowledge on coding but are involved in discussions on architecture lol 7. Managers are from service background with zero experience in a product based company. 8. They are recruited solely based on Women in Tech quota. 9. Managers lack basic communication skills. 10. Managers are bootlickers to the peers in the USA and bow down to any requirement thrown at them. 11. Zero compassion towards the team esp wrt working hours.
