Pros

Great place to work. You get to work with the most talented people. The place has a flat hierarchy. Teams use the latest open source technology

Cons

Finding the right team is important. Not all teams do good work. Sometimes technological advances are influenced heavily by business

Pros

Absolutely none. The managers are all on power trips and resort to intimidation techniques

Cons

Managers expect you to move at super-human speeds They don't give you your last paycheck if you walk out and quit, nor does it appear on the moneynetwork paystub site. It flat out just doesn't exist anymore so you end up just giving them free labor for a number of hours
