Terrible company

Pros

Great co-workers, good amount of time off

Cons

Most of management are not afraid to throw you under the bus to protect themselves. After 10 years, almost all new associates are now making as much or more than me. Longtime workers get no extra benefits anymore. Company started using a program that dictates how fast tasks should be completed, managers use that as a no matter what dictation, even with almost no staff due to downsizing.

Pros

Higher pay than most places, flexible hours, nice benefits, schooling is paid for, paid time off

Cons

Pay is not enough in some departments, lack of accountability on managements part, too much responsibility on team leads shoulders
